This is a replacement for an LG refrigerator that died when it was only 5 1/2 years old. It was kept in my kitchen in a climate controlled house. This replacement refrigerator stopped working after 14 month. It gave a FFE freezer fan error code. However I had NO ice buildup any where. I defrosted it got about 1/8 cup of fluid and still got the FFE code. Chatted with two different Customer Service reps for over an hour each. The first one said its over one year old were not doing anything. The second one proclaimed You have a Freezer Fan malfunction. I knew that days before. LG was of no help. Very nice when working.

LG makes the best appliances

Ive owned just about every major brand of appliances and Id personally choose LG each time. Had a little mishap with an ice maker fan going bad but with Customer Services help we had a technician and repair done as quickly as possible to get the unit back up and running.

I have had it for over a year and can not be happier. Not only is it beautiful to look at but it is so functional. Plenty of room and easy to organize your products. So much room for platters. Love the double drawers which lets me easily freeze and organize my things.
